In the HelloChoice project, I spearheaded their mobile application's UX/UI design, which serves as a crucial platform connecting farmers and buyers in South Africa’s vibrant agricultural marketplace. My role involved creating a user-centric design that simplifies complex trading processes and enhances usability for both farmers and buyers. I presented design proposals to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and mediated with developers to translate the vision into a functional, intuitive application. The redesigned mobile app now offers an enhanced, seamless experience tailored to the needs of its diverse user base, facilitating better connectivity and efficiency in agricultural trade.

What I Learned

In the project, I tackled the challenge of designing a user-centric, multiplatform system for diverse users—buyers, donors, sellers, and guests. This involved simplifying complex trading processes while ensuring usability across all user types.
